摘要: Assignment of the flow rates at a junction is the key point for macroscopic modeling and simulation of traffic flow on a road network, which is known as the Junction Riemann problem (JRP). This talk revisits the JRP in both the LWR and CHO models, by maximizing an arbitrarily given linear convex combination of the incoming flows. In the former case, the Riemann solver is the case in which the sum of incoming flows is maximized. In the latter case, the Riemann solver is derived from that in the LWR model by taking the advantage of being “highly consistent” between the two models. The two cases are all extension of the existing modles. And These Riemann solvers should indicate much flexibility for comparison with observed data.
